Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing or using the v2027 platform through our website v2027.co or our mobile app, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.

These terms apply to all users of the v2027 platform, including visitors, registered users, and active users. Continued use of the platform after any updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of those updated terms.

The v2027 platform is only accessible to individuals who are aged 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Account Creation & Security

Account Registration
  • Each user is only permitted to register one account only. Holding multiple accounts may result in all associated accounts being suspended.
  • You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. v2027 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
  • Your account password is your sole responsibility. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
  • Any activity that occurs under your account is considered your own action, unless you have reported a compromise to us.
Security & Privacy
  • V2027 uses SSL encryption to protect user data. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy ours.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that any device used to access your account is secure and not shared with unauthorised individuals.
  • Contact our customer support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account.
  • V2027 will never ask for your password via email or unofficial messages.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As a v2027 user, you agree not to engage in any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform, other users, or our service operations. Key prohibited activities include the following:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
  • Cheating, manipulating, or attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the gaming or payment systems.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
  • Distributing harmful, threatening, or harassing content through the platform.
  • Registering using a false identity or another person's personal information without their consent.

V2027 reserves the right to take action — including suspending or closing accounts, withholding balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities — if any of the above violations are detected. The platform's decision on such matters is final.

Payment & Transaction Information

Deposit

All transactions on v2027 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support a range of local payment methods including TNG eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and instant bank transfer. Deposits are credited to your account once payment confirmation is received.

V2027 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties, including banks or digital wallet providers. Minimum deposit limits may vary depending on the selected payment method.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name. v2027 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts. Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified limit is processed.

Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through unlawful means or in breach of these terms will be declined, and the account in question may be suspended pending investigation.

Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

The v2027 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be free from technical disruptions, delays, or errors. v2027 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

In all circumstances, v2027's maximum liability to any user is limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on the v2027 platform — including logos, interface design, text, images, software code, and marketing materials — is the intellectual property of v2027 or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use this content without prior written permission from v2027.

Third-Party Links

The v2027 platform may contain links or references to third-party services, including payment providers and game suppliers. v2027 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Changes to Terms

V2027 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via in-platform notifications or the registered email address. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from the use of the v2027 platform should first be resolved through negotiation.
